When you fill out a form on our website, for example to download a guide, book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, company and phone number.

If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we also collect information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit and how you found us. You can browse the site without accepting these cookies.

how we use your information.

  • To respond to you. When you book a call, ask a question or request a resource, we use your details to reply and deliver what you asked for. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • To send you marketing. If you download one of our guides or sign up to hear from us, we may send you relevant emails about recruitment marketing. Lawful basis: consent, or legitimate interest for business contacts. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

who we share it with.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect your data:

  • HubSpot, our CRM and marketing platform, which stores form submissions and manages our email marketing. HubSpot is based in the United States; transfers are protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • Google Analytics, which provides aggregated website usage statistics if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Our website hosting provider, which serves this website and processes standard server logs.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

how long we keep it.

We keep contact and enquiry details for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a legitimate reason to stay in touch, and we review our records regularly. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we keep the minimum needed to honour that request. Analytics data is retained in line with the durations set out in our cookie policy.
