As an Account Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for managing client relationships, project and budget management, and ensuring the successful delivery of our recruitment marketing services. You will work closely with both our business development and delivery departments, ensuring client expectations are exceeded, adding value to service delivery, and contributing to our continued company growth.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability in project and budget management
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Teamwork and/or Looker Studio / Supermetrics software (desirable)
- Experience in marketing or recruitment positions/companies (desirable)
- Previous experience of working in an agency business (desirable)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (desirable)
