As a Social Media Executive, you will be joining our Social Media department, working closely with our Social Media team as we continue to grow as a business, reporting to Ella Stringer (Social Media Manager) and Sam Hardy (Director).
You will play a key role in executing impactful social media strategies for Bristow & Hardy’s diverse client portfolio, positioning yourself as a valuable asset within our fast-growing recruitment marketing agency.
In this role, you will take ownership of managing and optimising multiple clients’ social media accounts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and more, crafting compelling content, driving audience growth, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
You’ll be responsible for generating innovative ideas, staying ahead of industry trends, and adapting strategies to create campaigns that support our clients' goals—ranging from attracting candidates and acquiring clients to building brand awareness and enhancing social media presence.

While you’ll primarily focus on developing and executing social media marketing strategies, you’ll also collaborate closely with our team to ensure that client needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Content creation and writing for social media platforms
• Researching topic ideas and gathering relevant information for content planning
• Graphic design, using tools like Canva Pro to create visually appealing content
• Generating creative ideas and contributing to overall marketing strategy
• Developing engaging social media content that aligns with brand voice and objectives
• Managing social media accounts to grow following and increase engagement
• Utilising AI tools for caption-writing and idea generation to optimise content creation
• Tracking tasks and deadlines using Teamwork
• Scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms via Buffer
• Monitoring social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly
• Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
• Analysing social media performance metrics and reporting on key insights to improve future campaigns
• Collaborate with internal departments to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals
Skillset & Competencies:

• Strong written English skills (essential)
• Attention to detail and a creative flair for design (essential)
• Graphic design experience with proficiency in Canva Pro (essential) and basic exposure to Photoshop
